Gillian has worked alongside Mark for over 20 years! Her job role is quite varied – from booking celeb appointments with Mark, organising travel for the team right through to assisting Mark in the salon. Originally trained as a hairdresser, Gill has a great understanding of the industry and regularly helps out on events, demonstrating to the public and giving them product advice. A lover of lists, her notepad and pen never leaves her side.

After managing various brands for a large company, Lucie organised and managed our successful product relaunch in 2015 and subsequently joined our team. Since then the brand has gone from strength to strength. Lucie keeps us on top of industry trends and provides a solid business intelligence to the company. Her cool and calming manner together with her love of spread sheets means she is always on top of things and knows exactly what should be done.

Gemma is our Marketing Manager and our resident expert in all things social. After working alongside Mark and planning a successful relaunch in 2015, Gemma continues to push the brand in the right direction helping it grow across all media platforms. When it comes to events, Gemma leads the way, organising and fronting all campaigns. She’s also a bit of a whizz with Photoshop and loves sending everyone huge presentations at every opportunity!
